About Me
Serving Patients for over 30 years
My skills and background working with adults and children over 30 years and earning a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology has given me the experience and knowledge to work with you to develop coping skills to help with depression, anxiety, and PTSD from past and present traumas.

A holistic approach that incorporates client-led decisions in therapy is an important component of the healing process I use. Some techniques incorporated in the therapeutic process that are especially useful in treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and EMDR. Therapies used are determined by the client's needs and wants from individualized therapy. Some goals in therapy could include building resilience, building self-confidence, and learning positive coping skills.

I look forward to working with you to develop the most effective plan of action to help improve your quality of life.

Meet Our Practice Companions
At Not Alone Psychology, we understand the importance of a comforting atmosphere. That's why I have two lovable golden retrievers who sometimes join us at the practice. These gentle dogs can provide an extra layer of warmth and relaxation, making your visits even more pleasant! If you appreciate the calming presence of therapy dogs, you'll feel right at home here.
